Went to the emergency room with a sensitive problem. He judged me for my life choices, said rude things about my anatomy, talked about how God created me, was rude and impolite. It was late at night, and he was shuffling his feet and clearly did not want to be there, but still had enough energy to be an awful human-being. I felt severely violated after the encounter.

This Dr. missed a classic case of acute appendicitis while attending the BPCH ER! He sent patient home after treating PSVT (onset was after PCP referral to ER); but, totally ignored patient's presenting complaint of acute abdominal pain and fever. Patient returned to ER the following day and was subsequently diagnosed and admitted with a ruptured appendix (this ER attending suspected acurate diagnosis in under 5 minutes)!
