Dr. Frank Mari, MD

I have been going to Dr. Mari for several years now. From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. They do not overbook which is refreshing. You can actually plan things for after your appointment knowing you will not be sitting and waiting to see Dr. Mari. Dr. Mari is extremely easy to talk to and he truly listens. He does not rush you through your appointment. He doesn't see you as just another patient. I wish there were more then 5 stars to give.

His staff is rude

Great bedside manner. Soft-spoken and easy to talk to. It's nice to find a doctor who doesn't make you feel like he needs to finish up with you to get to the next patient. There is no long wait and the waiting room rarely has even one other patient waiting.

Dr. Mari gets 5 stars—he genuinely takes the time to listen and treat the patients. The overall score is reduced because of his awful staff. Who would treat people calling to see the Dr. because they themselves don’t feel well so poorly! Every time I have to call you would think I just interrupted their family time in the evening—rather than asking them to do their daily job, which should include a little respect and courtesy—not huffing and puffy of disgruntled ladies. Upon checkout, there is no eye contact, just more huffing and puffing because now you need to schedule another appointment! As a result of 1 star for his staff, the overall rate of Dr. Mari himself is reduced to 3.

The doctor is awesome but the staff has a serious attitude problem. They are very disrespectful so I decided we will look for a new doctor. It is not worth their sassy attitude. They do not care how they treat you. I wonder if the doctor knows that he is losing patients.

I have been with Dr. Mari for many years, and I have always found him to be attentive and genuinely concerned. But, his front office staff comes across as cold and uncaring.

I think Dr Mari is awesome doctor but he need to look for a better front desk staff..I've never met one of the worst, rude horrible front desk ever...Dr. Mari really need to watch how one of his staff works...She always answers the phone without a kind word.

Dr. Mari himself is a very professional person. Aside from that, his office staff is absolutely terrible. I don't know who the office manager is but she has no idea how to handle patients, help them or talk to them. My wife and I have found another Doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Mari for years. Love him! he is understanding and kind. However his front desk person is horrible! If you call to make an appointment because you are sick. You better call at 8:00 A.M. or you are treated like you are an inconvenience. I guess she doesn't realize being sick is an inconvenience to those who are sick. You will always be told they will have to squeeze you in. The best part is you will always be the only one in the waiting room. My question is where did they squeeze me in? When someone is sick kindness goes along way. Being nasty will only get you nasty ! Dr. Mari really needs a new front desk person or needs to do some serious re-training. Maybe on treating people the way you would like to be treated.

Dr. Mari has been my family's physician for many years and we couldn't be happier! He has a very calm and caring demeanor and he is always willing to listen to your questions. We also appreciate that we have always had a very short wait time in the lobby.
