Dr. Frank Joseph Metzger, DO

I've seen a lot of doctors in my long life but no one better . . he is the best. We know Dr. Welby and Dr. Kildare, and plenty of doctors that really do care. Now you can name others, but way at the top, is Dr. Frank Metzger, the best of the lot.

What a Godsend he was when I needed care! If I lived in AZ, he would be my Main Dr (Primary)

Absolutely, and without question, an excellent internist who spends ample time with his patients and remains wholly focused on their well-being. Accurate, precise and well read too. Keeps up with new innovations/treatments in medicine and fully explains pros/cons of all interventions available for the patient. Im so very impressed!

I have been Dr. Metzger's patient for 3 yrs. I trust his judgement. I have many chronic conditions of which he is very thorough and explains well. If I were to compare him to other doctors, I would say that he stands above all because he is patient, truly listens, and has a great bedside manner. His staff are exceptionally frinedly and helpful. I have highly recommended him to my family and friends.

Even when we are at odds he has taken time to talk to me and discuss the problem. I am an RN and worked with him as a charge RN at Mesa Gen for 5 years and now have known him for 15 years and in all those years though we have at times come to odds with each other I have never lost respect for him and would never, NEVER leave him as my Physician
