Dr. O is very professional and thorough. He takes the time to communicate on your level of understanding. He is very personable and I love the man. If you want the best physical and personal doctor available I highly recommend Doctor O.

Horrible doctor !!!!! Doesn't care about the past only what's in front of him . He made a bad condition worse!!! He should just go back to Africa to help his people from famine and disease and leave the Americans to do whats best for THEIR PEOPLE!

Afraid to touch and refers everything out to other specialties. would not do a simple pap smear or preform a well-women exam to reduce my medical expenses

This doctor is not compassionate!! He can care less about what's going on with you. Medically, he's knowledgeable. I give that to him. He's expensive to see. $200. Not worth his loud voice and ego. Very rude!

Doctor conduct appeared as if he was afraid to touch, maybe it was because I was a female. Much more reserved then other Doctors. I wondered how he could properly identify problems with no careful exam. He referred me to other specialists, one of the specialist felt he could have assign treatment without furthering my expenses. Went to another Internist.

Docter Oppong-Takyi is the best physician I have ever had. I am 69 years young and an insulin diabetic. After we discuss my wrong doings he opens his heart and mind to my needs. He is very knowledgeable an a real expert with the right solution. He is very thorough and will not feel comfortable until all is exposed. I waited my whole life for a doctor like him and pray our changing medical situation will not take him from me.

Initially, I felt compelled to refer my spouse. After just several more minutes with this doctor, I felt as if I was being seen as an overly concerned joke and that my visit did not constitute as one of the more complex medical issues as stated as a clinical interest of his. I agree with the other reviewer who felt belittled by the superiority complex tone of this physician. Patients pay these professionals who often seem jaded, to actually offer insight into ailments and other concerns. One should not leave worse than when they went in. They indeed don't know everything...and often if they simply listen to the patient rather than brush them off with an exhaustive laugh...just maybe the patient/doctor relationship can be established positively and sufficiently. This physician does possess a multitude of knowledge from my vantage point. His office is clean and comfortable with wonderful art work clinging to the walls. However, I can appreciate aesthetics from a museum and obtain… knowledge from a book. Without your patients, you are nothing more than the human being that we all are. Why not have that same level of humbleness WITH the clientele!
