Wonderful doctor. Will take the to listen but also very efficient. Great sense of humor, healing personality.

I have been a patient at MFM for almost 15 years. In that time, I have seen my PCP (Dr. Osborn) only a handful of times. He has dismissed my symptoms EVERY single time. I have been suffering with a disease for the entire duration of me seeing this Dr. Despite going in semi-frequently with the same symptoms and being consistently told that I was "fine". Finally after being heard and diagnosed by Marianne, who is no longer with the practice, I have now also been undertreated for this disease. If you go in with multiple symptoms, he and the rest of the staff tend to focus on a single issue and not address the others. I've gone in with a list because of this and WATCHED as Dr. Osborn rudely and carelessly threw it away in front of me without having even looked at it. I have found that in more recent years, my charts have been FREQUENTLY written up incorrectly by him and many of the staff there. I am frequently told that I have to "make another appointment" for everything I go in for and no… results ever come out of the appointments. Both of my children have also been misdiagnosed on multiple occasions. I'm appalled at myself for allowing this to go on for so long because I didnt know I had other options! Dont make the mistake I have for so many years!! Choose someone else, choose somewhere else. All the good doctors MFM had, have moved on to other practices.

Barbra the nurse practitioner is wonderful

Dr. Osborn is an extremely caring,thoughtful and compassionate doctor. You cannot find many doctors who follow up and continuously make sure you come first! I would recommend anyone to Dr. Osborn. Not only that, the rest of the staff at Merrimack Family Medicine is also very caring and I do not feel shy about seeing someone else should Dr. Osborn be off that day or out of the office.

Dr. Osborn is the third doctor that I have had at this facility. He is kind, courteous and caring. I never feel rushed and when he is not available I usually see B. Clifford (NP) whom is exremely wonderful too. The staff are very nice and caring. I hope that their will not be a need to switch doctors again in the near future. Dr. Osborn is the primary physician for myself, my husband and my two sons.
