Dr. Frank Gaetano Rao, MD

I went in for my ear which he poked so much that he hurt it worse than when I came. I had a sore throat while I was their I asked him to look at it. He looked, and did nothing for it. 3 days later I have to go to the ER and they told me I had strep throat. But before I went to the ER I called his office and told him how bad it hurt and I felt very sick. His nurse called back 10 min later saying I just needed to suck on cough drops. I felt like he just don't know what he's doing.

Intellegent, concerned compassionate

Both myself and my daughter were nervous because she needed surgery. The office was very nice and the staff were kind and caring. When the doctor walked in he shook my hand and introduced himself and than he got down and introduced himself to my daughter. He spoke to her for a few moments and than asked if he could speak with me about her. By the time the visit was over my daughter was asking him where her tonsillectomy was going to be done and when, and hugged him good-bye. Great doctor!
