Dr. Frank Antonio Sinatra, MD

Dr. Sinatra is Horrible!! Stay far away. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a doctor. His incompetence dealing with my preteen then teen sons anxiety lead to problems. We had multiple visits and he just spent a few minutes and did nothing. I changed doctors and he had the nerve to call DYFUS and send them to my home. He couldn’t be bothered to call me or verify that I had indeed changed pediatricians. Thank god the new pediatrician was wonderful, caring and made educated decisions to help. Who does that to parents! Again, Sinatra is completely incompetent. Stay FAR away!

I wish I could give 0 star to this office. My kids have been going to this practice since my first kid was born and have been okay until recently. For my son's recent visit, the phlebotomist in the office was NOT wearing a mask. When I raised this concern to the office staff, their response was that the phlebotomist does not work for them directly and there is nothing they can do. Then 2 weeks later after not getting a phone call from the doctor regarding my son's results, i called and the office staff told me that the my son's blood was missing and they needed a redrawn! So after the 2nd redrawn and 2 weeks later, I still didn't receive any call from the office so I called them again. And again , they said they haven't received the results and there is nothing they can do. I don't understand how is this acceptable. I managed to get a hold of the laboratory manager and she told me that they have already sent the results back to the office and informed me that everything is… normal from the blood test. The fact that I am getting my results from the lab instead of my son's doctor is beyond me. So please stay away from this practice as far as you can!

The last thing you want to hear when seeing a doctor for an issue with your child is “what would you like me to do?” If I knew what to do I wouldn’t be seeing you! His incompetence was glaringly clear after seeing another pediatrician had no problem treating my child successfully.

The office was clean and the staff was so friendly! I recommend him to all my friends!!!
