The staff is super nice. Dr. will take the time to explain any concerns about surgery and is very knowledgeable about skin cancer. You may spend a lot of time in the office of surgery day but it’s well worth it since it’s all in office and the reassurance that your cancer-free by the end of the day.

This was a horrible experience for me. I have tried being the first patient in the a.m. or last of the day, either way I wait, and wait, and wait. In fact, for my last visit, I would up walking out. This doctor has no respect for his patients time, or he things his time is more valuable. How can the first patient of the day be kept waiting for 45 minutes? I will never return to this doctor again. He is a disgrace to his profession and not respectful of his patients.

Staff was ok, office was weird with marble tiling everywhere, and even though i tried to give this office a chance since I am not an agist and the majority of their patients are elderly, Dr. Talercio is. His assistants try to make you feel uncomfortable so you dont come back if you are young. As a teenager I went their for acne treatment at which one point he told me he could no longer help me. Finally found a dermatologist willing to help me that would not give up on me.

First off the nurse and office staff were nice so this is nothing against them. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. There are no sinks in the patient room and he came into my room with one glove already on. Although he did not touch me (I was there for a consult), he took off the glove and threw it on the patient table I was sitting on...not in the garbage can. While I was sitting in the room the nurse came into my room with gloves on holding used guaze and my guess is something that needed to go in a toxic waste container. She was very nice but walked into my room carrying that and walked out another door in the room to get rid of it. Then she proceeded to walk back through and out the other door. I couldn't believe it! Also while you are registering you need to answer questions such as name, birthdate, social security number, at the counter in a very small waiting room where everyone can hear what you are saying. I will never be back. And I feel horrible that the majority of… patients there were elderly and probably don't know any better that that is NOT how an office is supposed supposed to be run.

Waiting is LONG. Bring a book. The nurses are kind and caring and so is the doctor. It might be that the doctor is spending more time speaking with patients that need more reassurance. Worth the wait.
