I'll try to be as brief as possible. Numerous customer service issues (it always takes 15-20 min to reach someone by phone) Did the sleep test and was going to get the results but got stood up. I called the office and they stated the zoom service was down for them. The phone worked fine so a call would have been nice before I wasted another 20 minutes. They don't seem to be staffed properly. I messaged them last week via MyChart and no one has read that either. Oh well maybe one day I'll get these sleep test results, hopefully, it's nothing too serious.

Dr.Roman is treating me for central sleep apnea and chronic sleepiness due to that. I've had a couple of sleep doctors in my life but he is the best. I wish he could be my primary provider as well. I highly recommend him. You won't regret it.

So kind and funny

I consider Dr. Roman highly competent; and he took the time to talk with me about my condition, how it would be treated, and requested that any concerns I had, or modifications I would like, be communicated to him.

Dr Roman and his Canton staff are great. I always leave feeling confident that they are looking out for my well-being .

Dr Roman actually listens to me, asks me lots questions that help him to get to the root of the problem. Because of that, I feel so much better. He is very nice and I feel very comfortable in his care. His staff is awesome too!
