Dr Gonzo rushed us for my daughter's appointment. I felt like he could have spent more time and answered more of my questions. Everyone in the office seemed like they were rushing every single patient there. I will find another physician with a better bedside manner.

in the last week-EditOur experience was amazing. We couldn't have chosen a better doctor. Dr. Ghali and staff are very sweet and caring. I have never had issues with scheduling since we would make our next appt. before leaving his appt. We have seen him for over 2 years every 3 months and I don't have one single complaint. We brought our son in at 3 months old with a hemangioma on his nose, Dr Ghali got him started on meds immediately. Within weeks you could barely see the hemangioma. . Parents, the key is to get your child started on meds as soon as possible, don't wait!

We had a pleasant experience. It was easy to make an appointment online and the wait time was short. Dr. Ghali answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. We are very happy with this practice.

We see Christy, the nurse practitioner and love, love, her!!! She is always so sweet and just a joy to be around. She really listens to you and spends a good amount of time with you. We are very happy when we leave! Thank you Christy!!

EXCELLENT DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Dr. Ghali is always prompt, attentive and thorough. Our issues are resolved quickly. We appreciate Dr. Ghali and his expertise!

My son has a rare skin disorder called EB so that's why we're seeing Dr. Ghali. On our first visit, Dr. Ghali and his nurse were extremely thorough. They took their time with us and did not act like they were in a hurry or that we were just another patient. He was very relaxed and caring and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Most impressive to me though is his quick and personal response each time I contact him/his office with a question about my son. He seems to go above and beyond for us. Very thankful for him and recommend him highly. Very personable.

I know several patients who have been treated by Dr. Ghali and would give him the highest recommendation. He is a very thorough and comprehensive physician who not only thinks of the patients best interest but also makes extra effort to educate parents regarding their child's dermatologic conditions in a practical and easy to follow manner. He is very knowledgeable and even involved in teaching dermatologists in training in the Dallas area. His staff is also very professional and kind, making the entire experience an enjoyable one.

our kids were so nervous about getting their warts treated, and it turned out to be a FUN experience for the kiddos. They got to pour out the liquid nitrogen- which they called ' fairy dust' and it was worth the freezing to do that!! thanks for making a stressful event into a fun family focused time. thank God we chose your office!!

As the title states I have identical twins and as is relatively normal they both end up with some of the same conditions. In this case as teenagers they developed a lot of pimples and what we feared was acne. Dr. Ghali took the time to treat each of them individually though they were in the room together. He determined they likely needed a strong acne medication which required periodic liver test. Hearing our concern he offered a less aggressive option if we wanted but stayed with his recommendation for the stronger treatment. We tried the less aggressive option which did not work and returned to his office a few weeks later to initiate the more aggressive treatment. Within a couple of weeks the acne was disappearing and within a few months relatively non-existent with no impact to their liver. He even followed up with us during that time to make sure everything was going ok. He never said I told you so, Dr. Ghali listened and gave us the opportunity to choose a course of treatment… with which we were comfortable. He is our first choice when it comes to needing a pediatric dermatologist.
