*** Potential Doctor choices? Do your Research, including Surgical History *** FAILED - to properly submit surgical specimen for pathology with my hospital on 01/16/2026, confirmed by my hospital on 06/19/2026. The patient should be able to trust his Urology Surgeon to get the findings, but I had to do part of his job. FAILED - to confirm or admit, there was NO SPECIMEN provided, so there are No Lab results. At high risk for Kidney Stones, I need this lost information. These medical oversights can't be ignored. I was noticing Red Flags at this point. FAILS - to provide total comprehensive Kidney stone preventive mitigation measures including dietary changes, and helpful medications. If not, prone patients may get Kidney Stones again. FAILS - with some staff members admitting they don't use the patient portal regularly, Why? Patient Questions are important. I do not trust this Urologist, Fred Muhletaler-Maggiolo with my medical care anymore. Please research his Surgical… History too. Protect yourself with knowledge. I have filed a complaint with The Florida Health Department.

So after this Doctor operated on my wife at an appointment for 8 am she finally made it into surgery around 4:00 pm a whole day with nothing to eat or drink and when we told him he just shrugged it off. He found 3 tumors and claimed one was very deep ( she was complaining of pain urinating for 3 years to various doctors including him) after op he wasnt seeing patients because of a family emergency and would not let anyone else read biopsy after he must have received a lot of complaints he decided to see his patients at this tome we found out he had dome kind of infection and showed us a port in hi arm and his legs bandaged up. At this meeting he told us she had cancer and radiation and chemo wouldnt work so he had to remove bladder. Nothing else would work. We went to the Lynn center in Boca Raton and its day and night end result chemo and radiation WORKED and at last tests she is cancer free. BE CAREFUL.

If I could I would give no stars. I have so much to say about this person. How do I keep this simple so people are WARNED and I get my mom's story out there? Mom is 81 10-28 Admitted to the hospital from the ER 2 stones one on each side blocking kidneys. Waited 17 hours in the hospital in pain for this so called doctor to show up to talk to us for 3 seconds and put bilateral stents in. Did not talk to us after and we had no information. Told the following day after being discharged at 1 pm follow up with his office. Unlucky us that he was the one on call. We called for a follow up the day we got home. Follow up appointment was 11-5 total BS appointment just to bill Medicare. He never made eye contact with us, smirked as he worked on his computer and said to see scheduling. Laser procedure scheduled for 12-16 49 days with stents in I will not go into detail but my mom was in pain, could not sleep did not want to eat was so uncomfortable. I could not handle it and called our… wonderful primary doctor who advised I call the urologist mom saw in Jan I did and they took over moms care within 7 days they had her in for the laser procedure and she had temp stents in for 2 days. Mom feels so much better because we found a caring doctor and staff. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON WHO I CANNOT EVEN CALL A DOCTOR TOUCH YOU. Other doctors and nurses know him. His nickname is the mutilator!! My question is how can a person who is so insensitive,crass,heartless,uncaring,unkind,coldhearted with a lack of empathy able to practice on people? He needs his medical license taken away.

Dr Fred is everything anyone would ever want in a physician. (So seldom can be said about a master physician. ) Wonderfully kind, humble, and attentive human with extraordinary capabilities and talents. The first time I met Dr Muhletaler, my fears were immediately assuaged and I knew that I was blessed. Thank you for all that you have done, either wittingly or unwittingly, to help me through my cancer crisis. Your impact on my life is beyond expression!

Dr. Muhletaler is very professional and such a caring person. My mom is very happy to be in his hands and everyone in his office is very nice. My mom had surgery already at Palm West Hospital and it went really good.

Trying to make or change an appointment is virtually impossible. Nobody ever answers any of the extensions and the only option seems to be to call. A poorly managed office will make any experience with a physician horrible.

Run,,,,,, Run,,,, Run away if you intend on have Dr (Dr Ha!) Muhletaler even touch your body. The worst experience in my life. Not only cause of cancer, because I turned to Muhletaler. He is the most insensitive person I've ever meet. Not only after two years after my surgery I'm still having problems still, when I was under his care, (Care Ha!) he was rude, abrupt, uncaring and irresponsible. Postponed surgery 3 times. Never was anything but rude and cocky. He treated me like I was lucky to have him. Didn't prep me on anything. Didn't offer ANY information unless I asked a question, and then made me feel stupid. His office also reported the wrong fee to my insurance and it cost me more then it should've. I would not let this man operate my TV remote control. I just scratched the surface. I have so many horror stories I could right but you wouldn't have the time to read them all. So.....Run........... Find someone who cares about you, not money.

Dr. Fred took care of my mother. She had a kidney tumor. He was very professional, well kept, and spent time discussing her diagnostics, care and treatment. His training is from one of the best in the US. He is also fellowship trained. He speaks many languages and travels all over the world to teach surgery. He is amazing.
