Very condescending and rude. Terrible doctor and a terrible human. Doesn’t care to find out what’s wrong and doesn’t answer questions. His office is bad at following up too.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I found him to be condescending, rude, and patronizing. He did not seem interested in my concerns and appeared to focus only on his own agenda. He was also very impatient. I would strongly recommend avoiding this doctor. If possible, I would give him zero stars.

Dr. Nguyen is awesome! He has an excellent bedside manner and office equipment that can diagnose nerve issues. He identified my problem and designed a plan to fix it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! i would give this place no stars if i could. For starters the doctor himself was very rude and had a lack of sympathy with his patients and a lack of understanding. Before making an appointment with this lack of matter office I asked if they had anyone in the office that spoke Spanish, Supposedly there was going to be someone there that could translate for my mother. upon arriving to the appointment there was no one that could assist my mother. I had to speak on the phone with the doctor because i was upset about no one speaking Spanish there and he told me " I just walked in here you need to calm down" INSTEAD of being a caring doctor, He came off as a Sell out! Second I was recommended to this Doctor because he was supposed to be able to further explain her first MRI testing results, but he wanted even more testing done on my mom. AS WELL!!! I might be coming off as a rude customer regarding this facility but i need them to understand that we are… concerned PATIENTS!!!!. I am very worried about my mothers well being and I need explanation. I need to know what is going on with my mother. On top of the doctor being rude, The stupid receptionist was more worried on leaving the office than helping me out, because when I called the office to find out what happened in the appointment since i was unable to be there, she told me "Well do you ever go to your moms appointments? I suggest you go home read the notes and then call me back". I'm sorry I wasn't able go to the appointment, I didn't know it was going to be this stressful to make an appointment in this stupid office. If I would have known since the beginning this wasn't a Hispanic accepting office I would have gone somewhere else since the beginning to avoid all this conflict. if you're wondering if I had someone call me or apologize, The answer is no. They don't reply to their dumb Patient Portal message, and they don't answer their voicemail. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY CARE FOR YOU! Not this sad place of a office. WORST CARING DOCTOR EVER.

Dr. Frederick Nguyen has enabled me to return to a normal life because of his diagnosis of narcolepsy. I was having black out spells which were completely different than falling to sleep. He did a complete panel of tests to reach the final diagnosis. He ordered EEG, MRI, CT, EKG, and sleep study. I will be able to take a medication to control the narcolepsy. He also treats my mother for Parkinson’s. She has an extreme case and because of Dr. Nguyen’s treatment she can function well. He is a knowledgeable compassionate doctor. He also has a fantastic staff. It would be hard to find a better neurologist.
