Dr. Frederick B Durer, MD

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Durer since he began his practice many years ago. He is the most caring, warm, affectionate, and compassionate dr. I have ever known! I was so nervous when I first moved to St. Louis as a young woman, and he immediately took my anxiety and stress away by his incredible and sensitive bedside manner. Aside from that, he is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, without feeling embarrassed in any way....he is very respectful and genuinely concerned about my well being, always...I'm so very fortunate to have Dr. Durer as my dr!!

Dr. Durer has great bedside manner and he just exudes kindness. He is knowledgeable, comprehensive, and caring. He is, by far, the best doc I have ever seen. I have been seeing Dr. Durer for the last 14 years. He has a wonderful bedside manner, great sense of humor and he’s incredibly caring. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else. He has helped me through four pregnancies and seeing him is almost like visiting a friend. Happy to recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Durer for 14 years, and he is, by far, my favorite doctor. Most people don't look forward to getting their annual exam, but this is an appointment I always look forward to. He is so caring and compassionate, mix in a great sense of humor and amazing bedside manner, and you get the best doctor ever. He always takes the time to explain things in detail and is always looking out for my best interests. He is definitely an amazing doctor, and I would highly recommend seeing him!

I have never had a doctor that cares so much about his patients. He is such a funny, kind, friendly person and an all-around great guy. I saw him throughout my pregnancy and he delivered my son. No visit was ever awkward or ever felt rushed, my husband really liked him too! When it came time to deliver my son, he stayed hours after he would normally go home just to make sure that he was there to deliver my baby. His nurses and office personnel are always friendly and I have never had to wait to get in to see Dr. Durer. He is very knowledgeable in his field, but still always follows the patient's wishes and never pressures you. He is always very patient and thoroughly answered all of our million questions every visit. I cannot say enough good things about him and highly recommend Dr. Durer!

Just saw Dr. Durer after four years...when he walked through the door we took up from where we left off as if there were no time gap at all. He is caring, listens and genuinely wants you to feel at ease. Awesome is used far too often today, however Dr. Durer certainly deserves this title!

Dr. Durer was my doctor before I decided to have kids and helped me with my two pregnancies. He's very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and doesn't make you feel silly or stupid if you ask questions. I will miss having him as my doctor since we have relocated out of state. The staff are also very friendly and do their best to accommodate me, my family and our schedule.
