My journey for a shoulder injury started at a different doctor. After two visits I was done with him! After explaining what had happened I asked my primary for someone else. Wish I could have started here! Dr. Redfern and Rachel were amazing! On my first visit I was sitting in my room, when someone had come in the day after surgery with no crutches! The Doc started giving him the fifth degree! At that point I knew this man actually cared. After five minutes of talking and some motion test he actually looked at the xrays and mri not just glanced! His conclusion gave me great relief. Surgery yeah! Not more super painful pt! Each visit after surgery was just as enjoyable as the first! I do, and would recommend Dr. Redfern to everyone in need. Where are the reviews after May 2019? Not worth mentioning? Why did you deny me as a patient? Your description says Compassionate. You don't seem to appear compassionate!

My wife had a shoulder operation. The Doctor took great care of her and took time to talk to her and make her feel calm he really care for his patients his office personnel are very professional and kind .

Four years ago Dr. Redfern performed a total knee replacement on my right knee. I had torn an ACL some years ago which had been replaced in Houston, Texas but gradually my knee deteriorated to the point that something had to be done. Thanks to Dr. Redfern I have been back to all my old activities for these four years, including tennis three times weekly, snow skiing in the winter, golf weekly, hiking and even backpacking. I called this a "medical miracle" because to me it's incredible that something man made could be inserting into my body and just to look at me you would never know (except for a not very noticeable scar) and I can do all these things that help make life wonderful. Did I mention that I'm 75 years of age?

Dr. Redfern recently performed arthroscopic meniscus repair on my right knee. I couldn’t be happier. I was well informed and confident as I underwent the surgery last Wednesday. I had little pain afterward and was able to walk the same day. Several days later I have no pain and only minor stiffness. I would highly recommend Dr. Redfern to anyone who suffers from knee problems. Thank you, Doctor.

I first met Dr.Redfern Dec.30 2017 as I was being prepared for repair of a broken femur, mostly non coherent. The next time was about 25 day's later in his office. I was very impressed with his professional and caring manner, he took lead in contacting other medical people to move my treatment forward. Ithank him for the service he provided to me in my time of need

I have had shoulder and knee surgery performed by Dr. Redfern, both operations went flawlessly, and I am still able to play hockey within a competitive level.
