The office staff is just terrible and frustrating to deal with. They simply don't want to take you as patient or they are plainly incompetent. If the doctor let that happen means that definitely is not patient centered and compassionate.

The staff never answer the phone bad service nobody care about phone call. Return call back. Very bad service.

Dr. Jacobs-Alvarez is an amazing Doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients. The waits can be long, which can be a downside, but for me it is worth it.

We've been seeing this doctor for years and she is fine, but sadly the office staff and time spent waiting is horrible. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes past your appointment time. Office staff is unresponsive to questions and very unhelpful.

Caring and great doctor. I've been seeing Dr. Jacobs-Alverez for 9 years. Her and the staff are very helpful. The office is clean.

Dr. Jacobs-Alvarez has been my psychiatrist for almost three years. I waited over two months to get an appointment with her but once I got into the office as a new patient, I was very satisfied! She is such a compassionate individual and spends time to go above and beyond what's minimally necessary of a psychiatrist. However, I will say that in recent months, the office environment and experience has declined. The office has added several new staff members, including nurses, therapists and nurse practitioners. Even with additional staff, I felt extremely nervous whenever I was there because it took so long to even be seen- the wait time can regularly be 30-45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, so it's impossible to take a long lunch and know when you'll be back. My tip is to always schedule at the end of the day.
