Dr. Fredrick Arthur Isaacs, MD

Dr. Isaac was insensitive and elusive with my appointment. Initially, he had diagnosed several conditions I was greatly concerned about. When I went to follow up appointment, he said everything was normal and to get printout from nurse. I tried questioning him about previous diagnosis and he was abrupt. Now I'm very confused about my vision health.

He was 25 minutes late for our appointment. The doctor was eating a sandwich as he came in because "it was lunch time". Those food stained hands would be on my face in a few minutes. EWWWW! Not too unfriendly but VERY dismissive and brusque. Was in a big hurry and had no interest in his patient's concerns. HEAVILY pushed buying lenses at the add-on store right next to his office. HEAVY sales pressure. At the end of the day...very expensive lenses that were the wrong prescription (my pupils were still a bit dilated so I wasn't at my best when looking through them, remember... they had HEAVY sales pressure at that point but ultimately that part was my fault). NO RETURNS...GOODBYE!! You've been warned about this office.

I was called a week before my appointment stating to come in at 3:30pm for my initial appointment. After arriving at 3:30pm, the receptionist handed me a lot of papers all centering around prompt payment Etc After screwing up the credit card payment and having to re run it, creating a bookkeeping nightmare for me, funneled me back to a warm exam room where I proceeded to wait for 1.5 hours with no explanation at all. After asking I was told that he is running behind and took other patients before me. I finally asked for my payment to be refunded and That I was leaving. This visit costed me an hour worth of leave from my jo and 1.5 hours of waiting for nothing. A total disaster and no regard for me or my time. I was a new patient and I work for a doctor in billing myself and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Save your money and time and look for a doctor that has your best interest at heart. You will not find him here. Costly lesson and probably a… blessing in disguise....G-d only knows what he would of done to my eyes. A professional concerned consumer.

I have been going to Dr. Issacs for years and his practice has gone downhill. I would not waste my time with this Doctor. There are plenty out there who will respect you and your time.

Have been with Dr. Issacs for over ten years and think he is top notch.

Extremely busy practice with one Dr. and many other helpers. I was moved from room to room, waiting, moved again. When they made a mistake in my Rx, staff was very rude. Unsatisfactory on every level.

Doesn't know his profession. Can't handle a dictaphone, even. Made complete mistake in one prescription. Seems most interested in rapid a rapid flow of medicare patients through his office using assistants. Takes multi-hour lunch breaks. Don't go there in late am.

Excellent doctor and excellent staff. Any wait time was reasonable, given the fact that he is thorough with all his patients. He is easy to get along with.
