Appointments are over booked. wait time more than an hour.

If you want to wait 2 hours before you see him, then pick this place. He's great, but I'm not sure he is worth the wait.

He is a very good doctor and would recommend to any parents. Whenever my kids are sick and we go to him and he takes time to look at the kids. We miss that doctor for sure because we move to another town. The staff there are friendly and nice people's to.

Waited almost two hours. Didn't see doctor for our child's check up. Insurance not confirmed even though given over phone when appointment made. Mother holding baby over filthy trash can in lobby because baby was choking on excessive phlegm. Waste container (biochemical)taken out and brought back in the two men touching doors coming back in. Orkin there to exterminate. Computers down and staff just unfriendly. Nurse was sick checking our child she said I needed to clean him up after I left. I'm feeling sick!! Babies coughing no well side and sick side. Office was filthy ! With all the staff dr freeman has there should be some multi tasking going on!

I waited over 3 hours both times I had an APPOINTMENT with him because my sons doctor quit working for their office. I know it was because of this doctor and not to many patients or the office because when I saw the previous doctor I was in and out of the clinic in no more than an hour and he actually answered my questions. Dr Jardan didn't run any tests or touch my son to examine him. All he did was give him medicine based on what I thought was wrong. I quit going to this clinic because there wasn't another doctor available.

The doctor himself is not so bad, typical doctor in a lower income area with too many patients, too little time. It was the office workers and the offices themselves that were bad. The waiting room is pretty good sized but usually stuffed with feverish, sick kids. There is no separate waiting area for healthy kids. The people that take appointments were unbelievably rude on nearly every occasion we spoke to them. I had to go to the actual office 2 days after giving birth because I could not get them on the phone. I stood in line for nearly an hour only to be literally yelled at and belittled for not having the proper paperwork at hand. Another time, I was threatened with Child Protective Services for being 3 weeks late in vaccinating my child. The doctor is fine but he has to leave this practice. They have no idea how to act professionally.
