Dr. Gabriel Lee, MD

Dr Lee is an excellent doctor, he is very knowledgeable and does take his time with you in doing his assessment. He encourages you to ask questions and answers them appropriately. I am very impressed with him and his whole staff. I recommend him.

Dr. Lee is extremely thorough. He personally goes over everything as he is entering it on your chart. I appreciate how his office called to let me know my results were good! They took care of my scheduling quickly and efficiently.

I was hospitalized for liver failure and ascites. Dr Lee was the “lead” assigned to my case. He came by my room for no more than 5 minutes s day and asked me very rhetorical type questions. He never told me that he believed I had 3 months to live. News he shared with my family and frightened them badly. He is not a hepatologist!!! When I got myself released and went to competent professionals, I was properly diagnosed. The treatment documentation I showed the new doctors was characterized as “inhumane” by my hepatologist. I am pleased to report that not only did I not die, I have made a marvelous recovery and living a normal life. Dr. Lee needs to refer liver cases to another doctor when he encounters them. I might have died in 3 months of I’d stayed under his care.

I have chronic abdominal pain and have been seeing Dr. Lee for many years. He is very efficient, thorough and available. Office staff is also very accommodating. Even when they are busy, they will always try to get you in if you ask.

Strongly believe in his diagnostic skills. Past that, regrettably, I had a poor experience in the treatment months following. Reaching staff, and receiving callbacks from his assistant, is/was disappointing and resulted in unnecessary pain and angst. Multiple calls were necessary to the office to get any type of response. Lack of knowledge with paperwork resulted in the loss of FMLA benefits for me. After surgery (very good experience), the doctor did not take into concern additional symptoms.
