Dr. Gabriel Joel Tsao, MD

Worst doctor I’ve ever met. His bedside manner is horrible. He’s impatient and comes across extremely egotistical. He should not be a doctor.

He was annoying and useless. I’m not sure how he got a degree as a doctor.

He was so unhelpful!!! I left The office confused and frustrated. He was so dumb. How does an ent not know about mucus? Don’t they study that for years? What did he go to school for??????? He needs to clearly go back and update his knowledge on reflux.

I’ve had mucus stuck in my throat for over a year now. I don’t understand how ents who study the throat for I imagine several years have not figured this out. He proceeded to just stare at me, as if I had the answer, and make up weird theories that made no sense about why I’m suffering from so much mucus that I can’t swallow, persisting to strangle me, and come back constantly. He didn’t seem knowledge about reflux and my throat condition . I was disappointed , and at only 25 years old, I was left fearful for my life’s future, and a loss of faith in ents and medical system. I cried as I left his office because he gave no solutions or help. He gave me no solutions or diagnosis, as a salivary gland expert. He also performed the laryngoscopy, throat scope, in the wrong nostril, the nostril where I wasn’t numbed. So it hurt really badly. That is careless.

Dr Tsao is an amazing Doctor and human being. Excellent bedside manners and skills. Second day of post surgery and feeling so good ! He took the time to explain everything to me and my husband and he call me on A Sunday to ask for my well-being. I’m a RN and I give Dr Tsao and the staff at Fremont a big 5 stars ??????????

He is one of a kind. I was very pleasantly surprised by his humility and unassuming behavior. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, capable, and very humane. I have full faith in him.
