Horrific. SHe demanded that my son not use the bathroom just prior to his extraction. He has a medical condition and cannot hold his bladder long. She said the if he goes to the bathroom, she would make us wait 30 minutes. SHe was lying. He went and she didn't make us wait. Probably because they close in 15 minutes. Very manipulative. When I told my son to relax prior to initiation of the procedure, she snapped at me and said that I am not to talk to him. Seriously!??? Acted like a complete psycho crazy person. Cornered me in the room and demanded me to tell her why I would not let my 9 year old take nitrous. Demanded over 30 times. Crazy. This is while she is working for main street dentist in Fort Myers. It goes deeper than just this. I am exhausted at this point. I confronted Main street. They defender her as being "type A" I am only guessing what the A stands for. I would avoid any business that defends behaviors like this.

Most disrespectful and unprofessional Pediatric Dentist I have ever encountered in my life. Kept telling me and repeating that my sons delays were a problem. Sorry lady but nothing my son has will ever be a problem. I’m sorry we wasted your time... since you refused to address all of my child’s dental needs.....because it would be too much of a hassle for you..... since my child is a child with many delays.... disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory.... no wonder you have to dress up the office... something has to make up for you poor communication skills. Good day! Ps I had this review on google review and Dr Rolland called me and told me to take down my review if. Or she was going to pursuit a lawsuit against me.

Terrible staff at the front desk. The cleaning for each of my kinds took less than 10 minutes. It used to take a bit longer before so this makes me wonder whether their teeth were properly cleaned or not, particularly for what we paid.

My son has been with Dr. Rolland for over 10 years. Every visit was a pleasant one, no matter the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Rolland.

This is a Medicaid factory. Her website refers to routine, unnecessary sedation of children as "Behavior Management"

If you are a breastfeeding mom don't even dare to show up at this office. Dr. Roland will tell you unashamed that she thinks breastfeeding is the most disgusting thing a mom can do for her child, and that in her dentist opinion is very harmful to the child. She was rude, disrespectful and so wrong! Stay away from this office!!
