Dr. Smart is a certified Protect Your Back instructor for the American Red Cross, and also has certifications in Pain Management and Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) by the American Academy of Manual and Physical Medicine. Dr. Smart is also a Family Nurse Practitioner.
