The office staff at both Garland and Rowlett are terrible to deal with. One lady made me cry she was so rude. I will be finding a new doctor!!

Really need a new one !!! That is cooperative and will work with your patients have had leon deliver all three my babies and never had this much issue with front office she is rude get a new one!!!

The front and back office staff ducks. I had to call a week later to keep asking for results. I've had to call repeatedly about and email I needed to start work. The staff worker. Called and said she send it right over at 5:06pm and I have not received it yet. I will miss work Monday waiting on a piece of paper I requested a week ago. Not happy

Today I meet with Dr. Gabriela Zandomeni and she was amazing. Best experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. She was very understanding and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Z was absolutely amazing with me. She delivered both of my kids and I HIGHLY recommend her!!!

I liked that Dr. Zandomeni takes time to listen to your wants as far as medical treatment. She is knowledgeable, genuine, and has excellent bedside manner. However, the office needs iimprovement. I don't like that her nurse, Tia Marie, does not call back regarding lab results even if they are abnormal and can hurt your unborn baby if you go untreated, return messages, or that even when you give her the pharmacy phone #, name, and location she still calls your medicine in to the wrong pharmacy. It also takes multiple calls to get any information regarding your health, paperwork, or prescriptions. Wait times can are between 1-2 hours without dr. leaving to deliver a baby. Billing department doesn't know how to bill when you have 2 insurances properly. I specifically told the front desk, the nurse, and the phlebotomist my labs needed to be sent to quest per my insurance. They sent them to their personal lab and I started recieving bills a week before I was due. Since they sent my labd to… the wrong lab, my primary insurance couldn't cover the claim. Since my primary insurance wasnt billed correctly, the claim got stuck and my secondary insurance couldn't pay anything. so they billed me for $3500+ for the labs done during my pregnancy because they didn't do their jobs correctly. naturally I refuse to pay for their mistakes and I will not be going back.

Terrible bed side manner.

My first time there for routine follow up. I waited about 45 minutes in the waiting room, i was called back and taken my bp and weight I was told they didnt have a room and they sent me back to the waiting area. I waited another 15 minutes. When i was given a room no exaggeration i waited another 30plus minutes. The visit with Dr zandomeni was great though, she is very approachable and helps to make you feel comfortable. It turned out that i needed further labs done b/c of a cyst she found. She sent me to the hospital for these procedures and the turn around for me to receive update on results was horrible. I called Zandomenis office for 2 weeks with update and they would tell me 'everyday' that i would receive a call back for results. EVeryday... they never called me back. When i finally spoke to someone over the phone b/c of my insistance calling i was told results were normal and i would just need to follow up. This will be my last visit with them. unprofessional.… uncourteous. i could go on and on.
