Dr. Gail Nanette Jackson, MD

Dr. Jackson has a great staff and is very experienced in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement. I have been under her care for over one year and she has been tremendous, professional and gets back with you quickly.

I am 53 and been seeing her for 5 years, I can't believe most of the reviews are about wait time, REALLY I never been to a Doctor I did not have to wait for at least 15 minutes. I really like DR. Jackson she's pretty cool. Never had an issues.

I was referred to Dr. Jackson by a co-worker. From my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Dr. Jackson and her staff. I only had to wait briefly before being seen by the doctor, which was almost a disappointment as I was enjoying the ocean view from her waiting room. Her staff was attentive and very considerate. It was my first visit, and I needed a rather difficult in-office procedure. Dr. Jackson went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable both before and after the exam. At my second vist, I went in for a hormone balancing pellets procedure. I had tried hormone balancing creams in the past which only seemed to make my cycles more erractic and did nothing to balance my overall wellbeing. Three weeks afte the pellet procedure, I am amazed that I'm back to being my old, energetic self. For months I had no idea the fatigue, lack of energy and lack of interest in sex were the result of my hormone levels. I am beyond thrilled with my experience… with Dr. Jackson and her taff. They called with my lab results, responded to e-mail; I felt welcome there. Unlike most doctors' offices these days where you're just another random patient.

I was referred to Dr. Jackson for hormone balancing..SHe performs balancing in the form of pellets..The new location is lovely..It sits on the ocean in Santa Monica.. THe staff is warm and friendly. I HAVE TRIED MANY WAYS to BALANCE MY HORMONES and the PELLETS work...I relaxed and enjoyed the view. I feel GREAT...Because she does not deliver babies anymore, the environment is quiet and you feel unhurried...

I've been going to Dr. Gail Jackson's office for years & have NEVER had any problems of any kind. I get the appointment time & date I request, the staff is nice, she was warm & made me feel comfortable. I seriously have received the horrible service others are talking about.

Her staff is rude, the office poorly run, and patients are made to feel like a low priority. I'm only embarassed that I waited so long to find another OB/GYN.
