Overall we are satisfied with the care we receive at providence. The staff provide calming and helpful advice. Our only concern would be maybe provider retention. We are now going to be on our 4th doctor since joining providence 5 years ago.

Dr G Jacob was very competent and moderate bedside manner for a 3yr old. She was also very responsive with following up on test results and instructions for my son's illnesses. Also of note I sent a MyChart message to my son's PCP and received a response within 2 hrs and a call to schedule an appointment. I really appreciate the clinic being so responsive & proactive to my son's illness.

The doctor is always welcoming and easy to talk to. Listens with the intention to understand.

Dr Jacoby is wonderful!!!She has a wonderful bedside manner that brings peace of mind to first time parents. She handles the babies with such tenderness. You can hear the passion she has for healing little ones in her voice, as she calms your crying baby. We are blessed to have her as our Doctor, as she cares for our percious little boy. Thank you!!!

We are on our third child and we highly recommend Gail for your children. She does not hesitate to send you to a specialist if your child needs one. She has diagnosed a couple of issues with both of our children, which are not serious, but better to be dealt with early on. As with any health care issues, you should always follow up and not expect the doctors office to do so for you. I have had to call to get a few things pushed through but feel this is my responsibility as the parent not the office staff. They always return my calls and we have an easy time getting appointments.

Dr Jacoby-Low came highley recommended from St. V's lactation dept. and I can see why. We have been in 10-12 times now and every visit Is great. The front office staff is a little annoying on the phone, but we lve her and her nurse!Dr Jacoby-Low is only a part time dr as she has young kids at home. So getting appts with can be a tiny bit difficult. But the other drs we have seen in her office when we need an urgent appt are almost as great.
