Dr. Galen Bruce Jones, MD

Call to schedule appointment with Dr. Jones Galen disconnected 3 times and call to speak with a manager,` and was told she was not available. Ask to be tranfer to the Armenia office ,I was told that she could not and did not send the call to this office.I have been with Dr. Jones for 25 yrs. I Think he just lost another patient. The scheduling dept and some employees, will be down fall for this group of doctors.

If you want to feel like a piece of meat on an assembly line, go ahead! Snappy tone of voice woman who handles the phone, never been treated so rudely. Hours of waiting on the phone on hold. The prescription line is unreliable and you will be left stranded with seemingly no rights.

been going to this practice for 30 years, he delivered my baby's and now delivering my Grand baby's. do you thing I trust these, you better beleive i do with everything that's important to me

This doctor is horrible! He has several cases of mal-practice, including mine from 2003. He misdiagnosed me, which lead to a hysteroctomy at a very young age. Not to mention, the 55+ blood transfusions, I received and a month long hospital stay, including over a week in ICU.
