Dr Galina Balon, MD

I've been seeing Doctor Balon for 12+ years. She is remarkable in terms of thoroughness, knowledge and genuine care for her patients.

This doctor is completely disorganized. She can hardly use a computer and she never releases test results on time. Because of often mistakes in diagnoses her medical skills are very questionable. Dr. Balon has at least two long vacations per year, so her patents have to wait for months to visit her even when they need immediate medical attention. Dr. Balon’s staff is rude, unqualified and speak poor English. They called you on the phone with an update from the doctor and don’t listen to you. They are absolutely useless and make you upset. I am sorry to say this: Dr. Balon it’s time to retire!

A echo the previous reviews. Very rude. Interrupts. Ordered a hundred tests and did not bother checking results while ordering tests sent me to specialists. Did not listen. When I called to follow up was not even there. Had another person who did not know my case or what she was doing answer my question. This other doctor bad mouthed her to me. Come on people? Are you not all working together? Disorganized, rude and absent. Very costly and just bad.

Dr. Balon should not be allowed to practice or have a patient panel. She is never there, refers everything out and is not available for follow up. Her latest trend it to tell patients to find outher doctors. She gives you names inside PAMF and outside and does not care about your concerns or records. I think it is time to retire Dr. Balon. Treating sick people like this lacks integrity.

Dr. Balon was my PCP for 7 years. I have very bad impression of her practice. She misdiagnosed me on a few occasions. Her office is not well organized either. Her treatment was waste of my time and money. I would not recommend her as a physician.
