Dr. Galina Kletsman, MD

We have been using Dr. Kletsman for years and we absolutely trust her.

I'VE HAVE HAD FOR A COUPLE YEARS A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR. SHE NEVER PAYS ATTENTION TO YOUR HEALTH PROBLEM OR COMPLAIN, CAN'T GIVE YOU ANY ADVISE, SHE ONLY NICE TO HER FRIENDS PATIENTS, IF YOU ASKING HER TO FIND A SPECIALIST FOR YOU, IN 5 MIN, AFTER YOU HAVE GONE, SHE'S FORGOT, WHY YOU HAVE COME TO HER, NEXT DAY, IF YOU CALLING RECEPTIONIST AND ASKING IF SHE HAVE FOUND A SPECIALIST, THAT DR.KLETSMAN HAS PROMISED TO YOU, RECEPTIONIST IS WONDERING, WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT, DOCTOR HAS ALREADY IGNORED YOU. THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME ON 4 OCCASIONS, STAFF IS AFRAID OF HER, SO I'VE LEFT THIS DOCTOR, WHO'S NOT A PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.*** DO NOT EVEN THINK TO SEE THIS DOCTOR", I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYBODY.!!!!!!! YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME.

I've never had an appointment with another doctor who will spend most of my 15min time being on the phone with another patient, and that's after I waited to see her for over an hour! Not only that, but the phone call was done right in front of me, I've heard confidential details about that persons health that I don't believe I should have been aware of. In the hallway I heard some of her staff discussion personal details of some other patients, not in a work related kind of way but more of a gossip type. That made me uncomfortable. The office is a mess! There are patient files laying around everywhere, there's clutter all over the place, most of the time you will see staff running around in search of misplaced files. They don't have a designated eating spot, so food is just everywhere. I once had to give blood right next to a plate food... Getting a referral is also a pain in the neck. While most doctors will fax over any type of referral to another doctors office even if you ask them… for it over the phone, not this doctor. No, she will make you come into the office and bill your insurance just to write a piece of paper. All I could say is that I find her practice very unprofessional, and I'm very surprised that no one else complained.
