Galina Rivkin, MD

Dr. Rivkin is a very professional physician and is very thorough. She is proactive with tests to determine the correct protocols and medicines.

She is the first Doctor to listen to what I said and how I felt. She got my allergies under control, which my last doctor did not. They would tell me I had allergies but would not do anything about it. Dr. Rivkin also found the cause of my allergies through an allergy test, who knew!!! I am feeling the best I have felt in over 10 years. I recommend her all the time.

Absoultely horrible and unprofessional doctor.

Dr. Rivkin is very professional, nice and thorough. She spends enough time to correctly diagnose and correctly treat the problem. She is the only doctor I fully trust.

Pro: Excellent diagnosising PHD. Con: Staff does not open the office early for blood tests

The doctor seems to be out of touch with communicating with the patients. The staff seems to be afraid of the doctor and are not communicating with the doctor. There were instances where they responded that the blood work results are already done but had to go for another round of blood drawing to get the results. This was done after a 2 months of miscommunication with the staff miscommunication. The doctor seems to be arrogant of this not beeing an issue.

This doctor does not know what she is doing. She doesnt follow up any calls made to her. Have to call her personally all the time and ask for updates just to send a prescription. Nurse has no idea and the professionalism is null. Nurses are rude and try to escape from situations when asking for updates.

My blood pressure has never been this good since i have going to herI would highly recommend her
