I HAVE HAD NOT INFORMATION ON WHAT HE HAS DONE TO A PERSON IN A PLACE FOR CARE, NO TREATMENT ON HIS ONGOING ISSUES OF BOWEL PROBLEMS. CAN'T GET ANSWERS FROM ANY ONE.

Avoid at all costs, unprofessional, unemphatic, treated like cattle, multiple delays, and unusually long wait times. Find another doctor if you want proper service.

Doctor was very understanding and professional, I'll be staying with him as my PCP.

Without going into detail, it can be summed up in 4 words: DOESN'T LISTEN, DOESN'T CARE!!

I recently changed jobs and with that came insurance providers. I was hoping for a great new experience, but unfortunately that was not the case with this Doctor. My experience was so bad, I find myself writing a bad review over it. My first appointment was over 1 hour wait. I had lab work done, the staff took over 1 week to call me and notify me about my results, I would call the office and always get an answering machine or answer service. The receptionist have no sense of customer service, they are rude and not passionate about their job. After my results were in it took them another week to submit my referral authorization, and thatâ??s because I called my Insurance Company to find out if it was submitted since the office never picks up the phone. The same day I received an appointment confirmation call to advise me about an appointment I had cancelled a week prior. NO COMMUNICATIONâ?¦. So.. with that said.. worse experience everâ?¦ If you are looking for a doctor, please..… keep looking.

This doctor is horrible do not go to this office everyone is unprofessional specially the back office girl Monique she is unprofessional and the doctor is also . This office does not know what their doing and shouldn't even be running

It is all about the money!He should care about his patients as much as his golf game.Be prompt (they did teach that in MED. school).Treat people the way you want to be treated you will do much better.

Dr. Ghaly delayed signing my mother's death certificate until the very last minute. We almost had to postpone her burial. He said he was too busy with the living patients to deal with the dead ones. He was difficult to contact when he was the attending physician for my mother during her stay at Kindred.This doctor is a mess...
