If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Was a patient for several years and only got more and more frustrated as time went on. My problems were never resolved despite several expensive tests and visits. During one MSLT test, construction was being done in an adjacent building and the noise was beyond reasonable: I was still billed despite having told the technician that the noise was loud. My CPAP also posed them a problem: initially it was read by an assistant, but over the next few visits, I was told they didn't support my CPAP type (even though I had the software on a CD for them to use). VERY UNSATISFIED.

My husband wanted me to see someone about my snoring. I went in expecting nothing. When Dr Mazeika gave his recommendations, I thought he didn't know what he was talking about, but I gave it a chance. Wow! HE WAS RIGHT. I had no idea how bad things were until everything changed. Now I realize how tired I was all the time. I had just gotten used to being tired, feeling so blah all the time. Now I have energy, and happiness I havent had in years. This man is amazing and really knows what he is doing. This man changed my life!

I've been a patient for several years. Dr. Mazeika has always been friendly, helpful, and most importantly correct in diagnosing my sleep issues and treating them. The staff is great. He's got the nicest sleep lab in the area. I can't reccomend him highly enough.

I have now seen this physician three times and completed an overnight sleep study at his practice-Sound Sleep Health (Seattle location). I am impressed with Dr. Mazeika (Dr. M) and his staff for myriad reasons. Their exceptional knowledge in their fields; courteous, professional demeanor; & most importantly, kindness & sympathy toward their patients made my experiences there superior. Having seen many other sleep specialists in action, either myself or through my spouses experiences, I rate this clinic and this specific Dr. highest on any scale. His great bedside manner allows him to easily communicate complex results to his patients in an easy-to-understand & accessible way. Dr. M also has wide-ranging expertise in multiple fields, enabling him to see & treat one holistically-not just myopically fixated on ones sleep issues. By this, I mean that he sees how sleep is connected to other illness or dis-ease in the body-not necessarily as a stand-alone issue; but as a causality,… effect, or pairing with other body issues. I also feel very strongly that Dr. M understands many important aspects of chronic pain & illness-from the extensive repercussions of both on the psyche of a suffering patient-to the difficult logistics of their daily living.A quick word regarding the actual sleep study rooms/facilities: beautiful! The rooms are well appointed, the mattresses divine, & the washrooms elegant & spotless. I have seen two other sleep study facilities, and this one, by far, was the most comfortable-from the washrooms pristine washcloth rolls & available hairdryers, to the breakfast snack & beverage selection.As to the location-it is also of note, because 1) it is easily reached from I-5 or Hwy 99, 2) there is free & ample parking, anytime (beats downtown for sure), and 3) elevators and handicapped parking available.I must add that in no way did I, at any time, feel pressured to purchase a C-PAP machine from this clinic. I need one, but no one ever tried to coerce me into purchasing it at Sound Sleep Health. Knowing the staff and Dr. now, I truly could not imagine that happening.

Dr. Mazeika is very good about listening to patients. He looks you in the eye while talking to you. Some doctors I have been to have their eyes on their computers, sometimes with their back to the patient.

I found this doctor to be more concerned about selling C-Pap machines rather than solving my medical issues. The only reason I returned to his office is because I need medication and one of his staff members is outstanding!

Personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and flexible in whole-person approach

My overall experience with Dr. Mazeika and his staff was excellent. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Mazeika took the time to explain my condition and to review my test results. He recommended treatment for me that was responsive to my needs and preferences. I feel much better as a result of my visits with Dr. Mazeika and the treatment he prescribed. I highly recommend him!

This doctor is a genius with multiple degrees which makes him so qualified for this field. He includes the whole person, lifestyle etc in helping to make a diagnosis. Sleep Study rooms are luxurious and comfy. Staff in Seattle are the best. Highly recommend.
