Very rude, nasty , mean. Not kid friendly. Canceled my appointment because she tried to sell me a mask for $1 that I refused to buy. I have my own box of mask.

Insulting n loud. Not recommended for kids checkup

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Worse experience my son and I have ever had with any doctors. If you are a parent, please beware of the title "Family Ophthalmology Center." Do your research well. A doctor should always listen to their patient, be professional, tactful and patient. Establish a rapport and then explain procedures without being forceful and rushed to get the job done! So sorry I put my son through this experience.

Dr.Lal was very thorough and reviewed the records from the other practice we had left to see her. She analyzed the information, did a detailed exam on my child and even showed us what the other doctor had missed. We had been to Dr. Dorfman for many visits and he always just brushed us off and told us everything was fine and just kept seeing us back for follow ups and never really offered any treatment. Dr. Lal at our first visit with her gave us an accurate diagnosis and full treatment plan and spent time answering all our questions. I wish we had started with her from the beginning. She is really good.

dr.lal is a excellent doctor and we came from Miami area . Makes a big difference when your child is treated by a opthomolgist that has years of experience and is an expert in patient care. My child had seen other doctors and no improvements until we saw Dr lal in Pembroke Pines .

Dr. Lal and her staff are nothing short of amazing. I had double vision for years and she corrected it. Not only was my double vision corrected my depth perception came back to normal. I am very pleased, Dr. Lal is a true professional and extremely dedicated to her craft. I highly recommend her expertise.

Highly trained doctor that makes me feel comfortable and is very thorough. Takes time to ensure I understand my diagnosis, listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Office is always available, portal is easy to use and allows access to my information. New optical shop with very competitive pricing and great selection. I love my new glasses.

great office doctor lal and her staff really care about patient care. wait time is usually quick and simple. there optical room is amazing, lots of options for adults and kids to choose from. close out deals , i picked up a pair for me and my son. Great price for name brand !
