Dr. Garo M Tertzakian

I left this doctors office baffled! I have a history of frequent kidney stones. He didn't even examine me even thought I was in pain, refused any kind of pain medication, even non-narcotic meds. In the past, I have had two lithotripsies, both of them with a high ranked urologist in Denver. He has the nerve to tell me "the procedures were probably unnecessary. His staff was kind, considerate and knowledgeable.

Very caring man. If you have an issue, this is the "go to" doctor. Took the time to explain everything and is very attentive. Even offered me a cup of coffee while we chatted. Has been my urologist for 20 years and I trust him immensely.

Once the surgery is finished you will no longer receive any semblance of care from Dr. Gora Tertzakian or his staff. Tertzakian is a good surgeon but he's a terrible doctor. If you have other options for your surgical procedure, you would be wise to avoid this man and his unprofessional staff.

Every time I have gone to see my Dr., the office is always clean & very comfortable. The staff is very professional yet at the same time warm & friendly. My Dr is very thorough and he has exceptional bed side manner.! I was referred by a Jr high school friend, and I would refer this Dr to anyone of my friends & family. Thank you to everyone on the staff for making my visits enjoyable. You all are awesome. â?¡

I have visited many urologists prior to seeing Dr. T. He recognized my problem immediately and took care of it right on the spot, I was scheduled to have surgery the same week because my problem was urgent and needed to be taken care asap. Dr T. performed the Quanta procedure and it was the best decision i ever made. Dr. T is honestly the best, most professional specialist, amazing surgeon and above all, most comprehensive and patient doctor. THANK YOU my dear Dr. Tertzakian and God Bless you and your family!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tertzakian for over 2 years. I can comfortably say he's one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing. From his professional associates to his up to date office, it's a place I can trust and will continue to go for a very long time. I recently had my vasectomy surgery done and he performed the surgery in 15 min with no pain and I was able to go back to work the same day. Next day I was feeling 100%. His attention to detail is unlike any other doctor and he makes sure to explain you the options you have by spending ample time with you.

I met Dr. Garo for more than a year now. There are many problems with this location. 1. There are lots of people going there, so he doesn't spend a satisfying time with his patient. Once I was following him in hallway to ask him my questions. They put 4-5 people to different rooms waiting until he jumps into and outside of the luckiest patient's room. 2. I had and still have urinary frequency, and he tried different medications on me. None of them finally worked for poor me. He finally recognized that it's normal to my body! (going to bathroom 7 times a night is normal!) 3. I asked him to order to culture my urine and sperm, he said he doesn't believe in it! 4. I told him that I do believe that my frequency has something to do with my stomach and digestion organ. He said "they are different universe"! Later on I asked my other doctor to be diagnosed for my digestion. She did and half of my problem was gone boom! 5. After all although I am not satisfied with him, but Garo looked… nice to me. I don't want to disappoint anyone, who might get a cure from Garo's hand. You might have a chance with him, but it didn't happen to poor me. 6. His office assistants were mean to me. I had a full of bladder running to their office and they were not opening the door to me to empty my bladder. I finally screamed. Dr. Garo came out and they opened the door of restroom to me to empty my bladder! Guess what, I had to go there another day with full bladder again for ridiculous tests. 7. Once I decided to move on to another Urologist, they didn't cooperate to hand me over my medical records quickly. I called and called and called and they kept telling me "it's a process" meaning that I must not expect it to be quick. Believe me, it was only a copy or fax. I told her I can give the office $100 quick money, nut she rejected, and she said they will calculate the cost later when the medical records are ready. For God's sake be nice to people, who are ill and they are in hurry to get cured by other doctors. 8. I'm totally dissatisfied with the results. But God knows it better, there might not be a cure for my case. At the time of writing this "review" I am trying to see another urologist. Good luck to everyone.

Dr Terzakian was highly reccomended to me by my GYN. who I trust and respect from a surgical point of view. During my initial visit Dr Terzakian explained the risks, benefits of the procedure and answered all of my questions in detail. I proceeded with my procedure as scheduled and the recovery has gone very well. Overall, the surgery has improved my quality of life and I am so glad to to have had surgery. I will definitely reccomend him to my friends & family. The office staff was friendly and completed & submitted all of the disability insurance forms timely during my recovery.

Love Him! He has done a few surgerys for me .He was wery caring, I've been going to him over 10 years. He was always nice,and dose't want to do surgery just because,He waits to see if it is needed.I aoso have a cyst in my kiddney, I also had one ruptuer not fun. But either is surgery.It is a hard one to recover from, so he will make sure that you really need it. Thanks Dr. I'm very Happy with you :)

They are unwilling to listen to their patients and their lack of care and concern has only greatly increased the amount of time that I had to live in serious pain. I would recommend them if you DON'T want treatment but still want to let a doctor make money from you. If I find a lawyer willing, I'll pursue malpractice.
