Dr. Banks has been very helpful in my low back pain management. I would highly recommend him.

VERY NICE DR. I FELT I COULD TRUST HIS OPINION ON MY HEATH ISSUE.

This Physician has no Pt Ethics what so ever. He did surgery on my sister and 2 1/2 weeks later she's back in hospital weak as can, ran tests and he says nothing is wrong with her and then signs off her case.

I have had several surgeries performed by Dr Banks. He is thorough, considerate and professional. He may not be real talkative, but he is straight forward and that's what counts. My surgeries have all been extremely successful and I am very pleased. I would highly suggest Dr Banks to anyone. I find their follow-up time to calls extremely prompt, and typically the same day. On a side note: I don't know why, but the front desk people are often rude. Its like your bothering them with your presence. What you see at the front desk, could very well set a first impression. It could certainly be improved. Enjoy your job ladies, and put on a smile to greet the patients. It will brighten your day and your patients!

I am currently under Dr. Banks care. I don't know what to think. The consultation was great. He gave me a number of diagnosis by just doing an x-ray. He said I had facet joint disorder. He ordered a facet joint nerve block injection. I went in for the injection, they brought to a room had me lay on my stomach. Dr. Banks came in. I never once saw his face. They did not give me any numbing medication or sedation for the injection. The worst part was with out any warning he stuck that needle in my back and I jumped. It was so painful. Needless to say the injection didn't work. I told him I thought it was my disc. He disagreed. I called the office a couple weeks later and asked what are we doing? They said oh, he ordered an MRI but they failed to tell me that. As it turned out a have the disc L4-L5 bent over so it's pinching the nerve. He said he avoids surgery at all costs. He said he would have to do a fusion which is major surgery so he wants me to go to their pain specialist. I don't… know who or what to trust. Any suggestions?

I felt like I was being ignored when I was speaking to the doctors. It also seemed like I was always having to wait for them. I have other health problems and see doctors regularly and never have to wait as long as I did here. The bedside manners of the pain management specialist is very poor. I felt like they thought they owned me. Like they were paying me instead of me paying them.

25 year old male with bulging/herniated disc..... Had discectomy after 30 days of being injured. He was quick to surgery with big promises. Problem continued after surgery although not as bad. In follow up visits he said just give it time. Four years later still have the same issue and decided to go back in and received the same response and was charged $340 after being in the office for 20 minutes and about 2-3 minutes of him time telling me, "See if it gets worse and then we can do a shot."

Dr. Banks and his staff provided the best care that I have received from any clinic. They answered all of my questions (I had many since I had been treated unsuccessfully by other spine physicians). The treatment plan they provided was totally successful!My chronic back and neck pains are almost all gone and I have never felt better. I would recommend Dr. Banks to anyone.

Dr. Banks provided excellent care. He was able to correct a serious problem that happened after spine surgery from another physician

He did not even discuss the issue I went in to see him for. He found another problem which he said was urgent and other doctors have said yes the c3-4 and c4-5 will need to be surgically repaired. My SI joint was fine, 3 doctors have said I need to have an SI fusion done ASAP.
