Dr. Garry Frisoli, MD

I am horrified at the treatment I received from the receptionist Jill. She is an absolute nightmare and the most unprofessional individual I have ever felt with as she ended the conversation in “have a nice day b*tch” I and astounded and beyond disgusted. I will be submitting a formal complaint as this is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this Dr.

The office staff is consistently rude. They did not let us know ahead of time they only take cash or check. When I mentioned this I was told my normal doctor should have told me. Dr. Frisoli is direct and to the point, not bad qualities. However our second visit we were told he was too busy to meet with us and we would need to schedule another appointment if we wanted to meet with him after the technician looked at our scans. This office needs better management, I would encourage people to look into other options.

After our 4th visit with Dr. Frisoli's office. I am convinced he is lacking in appropriate bedside manners. Dr. Frisoli continues to be curt, condescending and apathetic. His front desk person behaves as if we are annoying her! Although, Dr Frisoli has practiced medicine for 38 years, Dr Frisoli is in dire need of sensitivity training. We are dealing with "mother" our most precious possession.

After being scared by reviews on this website, my visit with him was fine. Both the secretary and the sonographer were very nice. When he came to see me he was very to direct and to the point, but answered our questions and treated us well. However, unknown to us, he did not have access to my records, so make sure to send them first. Also, I thought I was supposed to talk to him, but the appointment was only booked for a sonography. And finally, his office does not take credit cards or debit cards, so you have to bring cash. But our visit was fine - confirmed baby was well, talked to us about supplements to take, and scheduled a follow up for a different test. Nothing like the other reviews we saw on this site, so we had been scared for nothing.

Very RUDE "Office Manager" Office is dirty and the waiting room is so worn it looks like it's 20 years old. Doctor will only spend a second with you and he is rude and uncaring. I almost passed out from him taking blood and he just laughed and told me to lay down, then left. I never saw him again....

Don't even bother with this office. The staff is RUDE and the place is filthy!!!!

My ob/gyn insists that Dr. Frisoli is the best in the are which is the ONLY reason i go to this practice. The receptionist is cold, unfriendly. The technician is pretty nice but not there to talk or anything, she does just her job. Dr. Frisoli pops in for a couple seconds but also is not friendly or warm. Basically you get what you are going for but don't expect friendly service or a congratulations on your pregnancy.
