Thank goodness they have returned to private ownership after leaving the Baptist system! Glad to have hem back.

Our whole family has been going to Dr. Summer for the past 5 years. After HMOs for my entire adulthood, it's so nice to have a doctor who knows us. Dr. Summer also has been my 4 year old son's PCP since he was born. He is great with him! Dr. Summer spends plenty of time with us each visit, is a great about listening to my concerns, and is very accommodating.

Dr. Summer was my family's doctor for two years that we lived in NC. Never was I so disappointed to leave a practice. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The doctors (he and his wife have the practice together) were knowledgable, thorough, and had great bedside manner and follow up. Never a misdiagnosis among the 5 in our family. Understanding, caring, and knowledgable - not always an easy find in the medical world.
