I am extremely pleased with the outcome of treatment I receved after moving to Waco (2007) and being accepted as your patient. I find You and your staff to be highly competent, efficient and NICE! You create a clinic ambience that is welcoming and there is a gneral sense of caring on the part of all those I have encountered in the clinic. I never felt like a "nw" patient in your clinic and I feel safe under your care. Thank you for your professionalism and your warm bedside manner. There is one thing that puzzles me -- I am not sure when you think I should check in for my next visit, aside from obvious needs for treatment intervention. Given that I have diabetes, hypertension, etc., would you like me to ck in every 6 months, 12 months?? I chose yearly, rougly at the same time of the year. (I should have asked the question but forgot to do so. Therefore, I accept some responsibility).
