Great doctor who actually listens and cares about his patients.

Dr. Gary Croll has been my primary care physician since 1990. He has always been available, prompt in seeing me, accurate with his diagnosis and conservative in treatment. He is personable and focused on maintaining my health. I am happy with the medical care that he provides.

New in the area, trying to establish a new PCP for my husband who has some Alzheimer's impairment. While there for the initial blood work, e-ray etc. I explained to the nurse I would need to be with my husband for any conversation and consult. I was sternly told that only the pt can be in the room while he is being examined. Ok fine, but for conversation and consult I need to be there as he will not remember everything. Needless to say when we returned for the follow up I was not allowed in the room, I explained again to the receptionist about his difficulties and she relayed it to the Dr and Nurse (per her comment). I was not allowed in any consult, and he did not get to get the info he needed, they changed his meds, and they are not correct. So long story short I'm extremely frustrated and angry at the lack of care he has received at this facility and now I am stuck trying to decipher what may or may not have been done or said.....A little common courtesy given he is an Alzheimer pt… would have prevented this frustration.

.I have been a patient of Dr. Crull for over 20 yrs. In 2007, I had a heart attack with a five bypass surgery, after seeing Dr. Crull four days before with no indication of nothing being wrong with my heart. Then earlier this year, his office call me for a follow up mammogram. The Xrays that warranted th follow up was for another patient already diagnosed with cancer. On yesterday 4/1; after checking my BP, being 196/110; I Called his office to see if I could see him , but rather than making an appt, focus was on a bal, I owed & they could not see me with a bal. I subseqently went to the ER, w/BP as high as 237/114. w/IV treatment to reduce th pressure. I went to his ofc to voice my frustrations w/him,Unable to speak with him. TERRIBLE!!!

The best doctor I have ever in 55 years. Bedside manner very attentive. Anyone rating him as poor must be crazy.

Dr. Croll has impressed me as being very competent and very experienced in his field. He has a congenial and concerned manner and is easy to discuss problems with.

Dr. Croll has been the PCP for my wife and myself for 20 years.Overall we are quite satisfied with his handling of our life threatening medical care. When we need a specialist he always refers us to a real professional.

I met Dr. Croll in 1992 when he took my case of mycoplasmic pneumonia, and in my opinion, saved my life. I see him regularly for check- ups. He is always focused on my issues, personable and interested in my questions. I know many of his staff as they have been with the practice for many years. They are also personable and professional. His diagnoses of the illnesses that I have presented has always been prompt and accurate. I have recieved good treatment and good specialist referrals from his office, when those were needed. I do not particularly enjoy the "phone auto- attendant" maze that one must pass through to reach a live person in this practice.

I WOULD SEE A VET BEFORE I WOULD SEE THIS DOCTOR -HE IS RUDE-HOW HE HAS STAYED IN BUSINESS AT ALL IS BEYOND THINKING.TRULY SCARY.BEWARE. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW.
