Dr. Gary Noel Dawson, MD

was told a THC card was 200 dollars and never received one, just took my money, poor business ethics and not a funny guy

I'm an elderly person who had seen Dr. Dawson on a number of occasions, he was a very polite man but he LIED on my medical records. he claimed in very large letter, for everyone to read that I didn't have radiculopathy, even after I had given him my medical records which indicated this when I first met him. Earlier, I had been in an auto accident where a person ran a stop sign, while texting, & I was in a lot of pain. One of my doctor gave me 'FENTANYL, NORCO, OXYCODONE/ PERCOSET & OTHER DRUGS FOR THE PAIN......I guess he was not aware that I would pay to get copies of my medical records from his office, thank GOD that I still have my wits about me & can still think for myself at this ole age.....MRI REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: Myelopathy, neuropathy, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, spinal stenosis, protruding discs, bone spurs, BULGING DISCS, facet anthroopathy, with R/L neural formic encroachment, herniated protruding discs, I COMPLAINED OF ELECTRICK SHOCKS IN MY CERVICAL… REGION.....you see, when you 're old, doctors (some of them) don't really care about how their patient feel.....just give them drugs & all will be well.....I refused to take any drugs from him, because prior to going to him I had been given an awful blow by another doctor. I'M BLESSED THOUGH, THE GOOD LORD IS LOOKING AFTER ME.......I'M STILL IN SEARCH FOR AN HONEST PHYSICIAN..GOD BLESS YOU REAL GOOD & HAVE A GREAT DAY......What I have written came from one of my MRI's (I have had a total of 3)...I keep my notes close at hand in my memory book.........I LIKED DR. DAWSON, BUT DIDN'T LIKE HIM LYING ON MY MEDICAL RECORDS....I GUESS THEY THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING WHEN THEY ARE DEALING WITH AN ELDERLY PERSON....... I AN NOW 74 YEARS OLD & STILL KICKING !!!

Do not waste your time going here. It takes forever to be seen to and to get appointments. The billing department is awful they don’t inform you of fees until the late minute. Over all there just is not real patient care going on.

DR DAWSON IS OUTSTANDING AS A PAIN SPECIALIST. WITH A SCIATIC NERVE PROBLEM AND A PIRIFORMIS PROBLEM, I DECLINED SURGERY BECAUSE I BELIEVE THERE IS A BETTER WAY TO RELIEVE MY PAIN. DR DAWSON HAS PROVIDED THAT RELIEF I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WOULD AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS. WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS IF THEY WERE AVAILABLE.

I had 2 back surgeries prior to them both I was in so much pain nothing seem to work until I visited Dr Dawson. The meds and treatment regimens he had me on decrease my pain and discomfort by 85%! Once my pain was so bad at 3am in the morning I called his on call staff Dr Dawson personally answered the call! His PA Fallon is just as awesome! She takes the time to exam me and listens to my concerns and needs! Awesome service, outstanding staff, and wonderful experience! Darrell P

I rate Dr. Dawson and his staff 5 stars out of five. I would actually rate him higher if it were possible. The result of my experience has been very positive. From the initial staff contact to my visits with Dr. Dawson, it has been positive and the result of his medical efforts to resolve my severe pain has left me without the pain. I would recommend this group to everyone. I have seen other patient's ratings as very low with stated problems but I cannot understand this because of my experience.

I give Dr. Dawson 5 stars...his staff...ZERO. I put up with slow service and attitudes because he’s a good doctor. Wish he had a different staff

Dr. Dawson helped me with my pain after 3 Dr.s wouldn't help me with my pain. I suffered for 3 years until I went to Dr. Dawson. His P.A. Fallon is awesome.

My initial appt was with Dr. Dawson; after my first visit I took some time off after being treated as my pain level was reduced drastically. Recently my pain returned and I contacted the office again to make another appt with him. The office had no available appts so I was scheduled a month out; all the while my pain level increasing the entire wait. The appt I made was to see Dawson, and the staff called to confirm my appt â??with Dr. Dawsonâ??. Once I was shown to the room, his PA walks in ... I'm surprised because I requested Dawson especially since it had been a while, and the office confirmed the appt to be â??with Dr. Dawsonâ??. I explained my lower back pain level has increased; her professional response was to order me to have an x-ray, I explained I knew from my previous visits with Dr. Dawson a x-ray would not be sufficient, in a condescending tone she said "a x-ray will be fine". She writes we a prescription for a anti-inflammatory patch (which did not and does not… work for my pain) and ends our visit. I go have the x-ray done the same day only to have them call me back and say "Hi we need to get you scheduled for a MRI". Guess what people ... I have to pay for BOTH the unnecessary x-ray AND the MRI; it is obvious the PA did NOT review my chart prior to seeing me. Dr. Dawson is great at what he does, but the way his office appears to be handling this situation leaves MUCH to be desired. I have received no apologies, concern or compensation ... I waited a month in pain to see him, only to see the PA, now I must wait another month to go back and this time I specifically advised I only want to see him. I will follow up with this review after my next visit.
