Dr. Gary W Golden

Horrible, arrogant doctor. If you are looking for someone who is understanding and tries to help, he is not the one. I have been suffering with chronic pain for many years and have arthritis that is getting worse as I age. Dr. Golden told me it's all in my head and to tough it out. Went and found a new doctor that is compassionate and helps find solutions.

As a former new patient of Dr Goldens, I wouldn't advise anyone I care about to use him. He repeatedly insists on open communication but is unwilling to give you the time to talk. He may be the greatest physician on the earth as long as things go his way, if they don't, or you misunderstand him, he certainly isn't above having a temper tantrum on your dime, going so far as to cancel important testing and treatment for weeks. He repteatedly told me if I had any problems to just call, when I did no one returned my call. If you need pain management you have been through enough, don't put yourself through this guys ego trips. In my opinion, he's a weak man with no self control who has no clue how to treat a patient with respect. His nurse is awesome though

This dr. has to be one of the worst I seen in dealing with patients. He seems to find it necessary to intimidate older patients. He is pompous to say the least.
