Dr. Gary Darrell Johnson, MD

I recently followed up with Dr Gary Johnson, after a traumatic fall this past winter, that really appeared to "mentally" incapacitate me for a while. Dr Johnson was beyond SUPERB! He took the necessary time to hear my concerns , and analyze my ailments , post my concussion. He clearly put everything iinto perspective for me , and I left his office feeling much better, and most importantly was able to put this minor set back in the past. I find it also important to note, Dr Johnson's bed side manner was second to none! I HIGHLY recommend Dr Johnson!

First, Dr. Johnson arrived to my scheduled appointment 20 minutes late. Without apologizing or acknowledging the delay, he jumped right into making condescending, patronizing, totally unhelpful comments and totally dismissed my reason for visit. I've never felt so uncared for with a medical professional before, and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I brought my MIL with a complicated health background to see Dr. Johnson after a series of mysterious falls. He spent a lot of time with us looking into her past lab work, asking questions, and performing a thorough examination to test his theory. He explained everything he was thinking to us and had a fantastic perspective in caring for the whole person, not just what was causing the fall. He did not order or prescribe anything unnecessary. I left feeling my MIL was in good hands.

You like being treated like you are crazy and want to waste time being misdiagnosed. If you want to be respected, listened to, and get any answers for your medical problem; I would look elsewhere.

He was the most judgmental, condescending, and biased doctor I have ever met! Did not listen at all, blamed everything on you, and treated you like you like total nutcase. If you want to be treated with the most utmost disrespect, he's the perfect person to go to.

I went to Dr. Johnson not understanding what was happening with my body. He listened, heard and understood what I was experiencing. He had me take tests that confirmed my suspicions ..I would highly recommend ..

I worked with Dr. Johnson for about 9 months and he ended up referring me to another specialist after we determined that there were questions he was not able to answer regarding the symptoms I was having. It was the most responsible things for him to do, and I appreciate him putting me first versus trying to simply keep me as a patient. He is one of the few doctors I have seen who spends a lengthy amount of time at each appointment and values the patient's input.

I have been in the care of Dr. Gary Johnson for a number of years. My medical issues cannot be grouped into one category and therefore has been very difficult to treat. Where most doctors ultimately gave up on attempting to treat Dr.Johnson continue to make me a priority. He not only treated the diagnosis he made me a partner in my treatment and treated the whole person. He listened to my concerns when other doctors dismiss them. I currently live in another state and will continue to be treated by Dr. Gary Johnson even if I have to make the drive.

Dr. Gary Johnson is the best I have ever been to. He actually listens to what I have to say about my neuropathy.
