Questions patient well, performs procedures gently and gives analysis and instructions that non-medically trained patients can understand.

Good listener and gave me an excellent explanation of my condition.

Dr. Johnson was very kind and courteous. He listened to me and he explained things so that I could understand and answered all of my questions. He took the time necessary to figure out my problem. The staff was great and the office clean.

This doctor is incredibly rude to immigrant patients. Does not give interpreters sufficient time to accurately interpret. Makes rude statements about patients and their families and then orders interpreters to not repeat what he says. Dictates notes into his voice recorder while he is in the room with the patient. When patients are Latino/a he begins all of his notes by stating that the patient is Hispanic. When patients do not understand him due to limited formal education he mocks them or laughs at them.
