He didn't tell me that he'd never performed the surgery I asked of him until two months into correspondence. Thanks to his dishonesty, I may not be able to afford the reconstructive surgery I need because my insurance plan is discontinued soon. Second note- despite the operating hours being posted as 9am-5pm, the receptionist was frequently unavailable after 1pm. It took nearly two weeks for my case manager to get in touch with her.

I recently had hand surgery with Dr. Baader. My pre-op appointment went well as did my surgery. He did an excellent job. He's a great communicator and very thoughtful person. His receptionist was exceptional as well. The nurses and staff at the outpatient surgical center were very thorough and attentive.

I made four visits in the course of having a benign tumor removed from my thumb. Dr. Baader treats all patients with kindness and good humor. He is somewhat boisterous as a conversationalist, but always cheerful and attentive. He listens well, was always sensitive to my concerns and questions, and he was never in a rush to get to the next patient. As a surgeon, he has a reputation for excellence.

I was referred to Dr Baader to have 2 fatty tumors removed. Waiting in the waiting room I watched him move thru patients like his office is a factory. NEVER did he spend more than 2 minutes with each patient I saw go on. With me he had not reviewed the ultrasounds and told me he couldn’t feel the tumors and that if I can’t find them HE can’t and all he did was barely touch my skin. He said he would remove them after looking at the ultrasound report BUT did not allow me to ask any questions as he just walks away and does his own thing so he can move on to next patient. NEVER did he tell me how the procedure would be done or what it all entailed. He also did not inform me that I would have to find the tumors lying down and there would be no help from him....isn’t that the DOCTOR’S job to be able to locate with instruments etc so HE can do HIS job?!?! So I go in for surgery 3 days later and he WOULD NOT do it...why because the tumors move when you lay down and I couldn’t find them. He… never tried to feel them just said well if you can’t find them it’s impossible for me to find them THEN he said prob a hernia...I’m HELLO ultrasound shows what it is and NOT hernia. From my experience and knowing other information prior but gave him benefit of doubt I would say he is an incompetent “doctor” which I wouldn’t even give him the benefit of that title!

Dr. Baader came into the hospital at 10 PM to do an emergency operation on my hand. He was informative about my condition and told me exactly what would be done. His follow up both in the hospital and in his office later was courteous, knowledgably and altogether satisfactory.

Dr Baader left piece of metal in my thumb that he suppose to take it out. He sliced my thumb put stitches and lied me he pulled out that piece of metal. year later having pain in the same spot my family doc send me to do x-ray. X-ray showed same piece in the same place. Unfortunately dr. Baader didn't even apologized for his malpractice.

Was straightforward about the surgery. Made me aware of risks. Outstanding followup including staying after hours to see me after a work shift. Also saw me at work. Is an excellent physician.

Dr. Baader is quick, precise, and friendly. He was informative and took very good care of me! I would recommend him.

Dr. Baader is informative and right to the point! He did not push surgery on me, but he let me know both benefits of surgery and risks of no surgery. The surgery was quick and easy and the follow up care was quick and painless also. Highly recommended!
