Dr. Isaac Arnold Bohannon, MD

She was my surgeon and I trusted her. Long story short, I developed a terrible staph infection shortly after my surgery and she refused to call me or my family despite constant attempts to reach her. After 6 days she finally saw me and I had to have two additional procedures to extract the infection. My nose is now deformed and she said the hospital would pay for reconstructive plastic surgery at any point in the future when I was mentally ready. Fast forward a few years, I felt I may be ready so I contacted her office and she refused to talk to me and now I am outside the statute of limitations for any legal proceedings. I am now disfigured, have lasting depression, and have no way to fix it. No surgeon even wants to attempt to fix it after what she did to it. Do not trust her.

Despite her stated philosophy ("Everyone deserves kind and compassionate care and treatments that suit their individual needs and goals"), this doctor was just the opposite on my visit – impatient, irritated at why I was coming in for another opinion ("You've already seen several doctors for this. What do you want me to do?"). I had clearly explained that the other doctors were unsure as to what was causing my headaches, and so I was seeking the opinion and perspective of another doctor. This office visit was a waste of time and made me feel even more discouraged.

Dr Bohannan is a excellent doctor! She removed all the cancer from my face-I am so pleased with her caring bed side manner. Her confidence and her honesty allows you to know up from just what to expect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My family was so impressed with you too.
