Firstly, I discussed my weight issue with Dr. Raffel and he "showed" me an obscene gesture that he said I should do. Secondly, Dr. Raffel did not listen when I told him my medical issue. I believe it was due to him having more medical problems than I had. I saw the medical records that Dr. Raffel wrote in my file and what he wrote and what I saw him for do not match.

Doctors like Dr Raffel are a rare commodity now adays. Finding a doctor who takes his time and listens without having his face buried in a laptop while getting an occasiona head node is hard. But Dr. Raffel is unlike any doctor Ive ever met, and Ive met quite a few..he is smart as a whip and his bed side manner great. He takes his time and you have his undivided attention.He even asked if he was moving too fast for me during our visit,and if he was just let now. Visits with him are more than your average 10 minute visit with other doctors and you never feel rushed. He really cares. I rate him 20 out of 10!! Highly recommended!!!

Wow, what an amazing first visit with Dr. Raffel! He was so caring, down-to-earth and laid back. I showed so much care and really took his time making sure everything was taken care of. He is so different from any other doctor I've seen, in a good way! He actually made me feel listened to, cared about, and not very anxious which is very unheard of for me.

Dr. Raffel is a wonderful doctor who listens to his patients and the best doctor I have visited in a very long time!

Dr. Raffel has been my doctor for the past 12+ years. He is dedicated, determined and extremely attentive to his patients. They don't make doctors like him anymore - he actually takes the time to explain your issues and follow-up with you via phone to make sure you are following instruction. His office is HANDS-DOWN the best in town!

I felt spoiled going to this doc. Other docs I been to had up to 2 hours in wait time. He does not rush the visit. Polite staff.
