Have had 2 separate minor hand surgeries over the past 10 years will be returning soon. Dr. Schwartz is direct, but very professional, never had any issues with him or his staff.

Difficult to schedule an appointment as the physician moved to a new practice. Finally got an appointment but had to wait several weeks so that the office staff could request my records. Got to the appointment and the office failed to obtain the records. Moreover, the doctor refused to see me even though the reason for the appointment was different from the previous visit. I went to the other office that held my records and was able to retrieve the records and return to the office in less than 15 minutes. They failed to see me until an office freed up and I had to return to work. Total waste of time and lack of consideration for the patient.

Good luck even trying to make an appointment with Dr Schwartz. I had to jump through hoops just to get him to "review" my medical records before they would even consider making an appointment which were all of 4 pages long from my previous doctor. I had to call back 2 days later only to be questioned as to why I didn't want to use the prior doctor??? Then when I gave a generic response, they then were requiring me to send a copy of the CLEAN xray which is noted in my transcripts BEFORE he would see me! Sorry I don't have time to deal with this. The staff that answered the phones were rude and inconsiderate of my time. They did not CARE at all about having me as a patient...

I'd been dealing with carpal tunnel for a few weeks. Saw Dr. Schwartz a few weeks ago and my pain is totally gone!

Dr Swartz was smart & knew his business! Got right to the point and was extensive to detail and thorough! Staff was caring!

Dr. Scwartz did a surgery on my wrist it badly damaged after the surgery I complained about intense pain in my arm which Dr. Scwartz kinda just blew me off now here I am almost a year later and as it turns out my elbow was also broken which absolutely nothing was done to correct I also have severe median nerve damage and the pins he put into my hand are way too long and have to be removed because they impede on my joints causing me severe pain I found him to be arrogant and dismissive to my complaints but that's ok I only have to get more surgery to fix his mess I guess because I didn't have insurance I was disposable to him I personally wouldn't recommend taking your dog to him for treatment
