Dr. Gary W Sides, DO

I am a long time patient with Dr. Gary Sides. He listens and treats my symptoms accordingly. He is nice, friendly and compassionate and I will continue to see him. I have no problems with him personally and I think he is a good, solid doctor. His front office staff on the other hand is so totally rude, ignorant, unhelpful and down right disrespectful to patients and even more so if you have to speak to them on the phone. Absolutely the worst customer service EVER!! Some of them that actually have the audacity to argue with you about your health, issues and symptoms. As if they are a doctor and know what is wrong with your body. This is a training issue and needs to be addressed.

Gary is a Jerk, A Rude Person, Has Very Rude Recveptionists.. that pressure patients to make unnecessary apps.. Gary is a Liousy Dr who has to refer you to another with a Pimple.. There parking Lot is not accesable in Rain or Snow... And for Seniors with Canes & Walker VERY Unsafe, there a Big Root that crosses the entraznce to the Ramp.Don't take Gary if your looking for a New Dr!!! He doent like & discriminates against Fat P eople especially the Men..He doesn't deserve a 1 Star be Honest..Husbands don't send you pretty Wives He like thjem!

DO must stand for drop-out doctor because this was by far the worst physician experience of my life.

Dr. Sides is very good. He answers questions and doesn't rush you. I've been seeking him about 12 years, he takes good care of me. And I have heart disease and cancer.

Couldn't be better

I really do not have a problem with Dr. Sides, but his staff is unfriendly and rude. I got to my appointment and was told on the spot not prior to coming that my insurance didn't cover my last visit. Upon attempting to write a check I was rudely told cash only. I paid them cash and then they seemed to ignore my being there. I had an entire office of people come in after my being there (10 I counted) 2 hours passed before I stopped being nice. I stayed because. Really needed to see the doctor but my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and I was not called back until 12pm. I recently saw an EOB showing my insurance has paid but I have not received a refund check and each call just keeps ringing, not even their machine. Once I get my refund I will not be dealing with them anymore and I will make a point to warn others.
