Worst doctor ever! Very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Slaughter did a great job of getting my ready for a long over due procedure. He is very easy to talk to and his PA's are very good as well. The office visits are very smooth... he is my go to guy now!

I was referred to Dr. Slaughter by a Good Friend and my Experience was Great! Very Professional from check in to check out! I’ve been twice and Nothing bad to say!!

He is so rude . He didn't listen or touch to see the skin. Diagnosed the problem in a minute and spent nearly 4 minutes. It was ringworm and he diagnosed it as eczema . Offered me free steroids worth of 35$ for his misdiagnosis. Please don't waste your valuable time and money.

Condescending ,Arrogant, Dismissive

This doctor is extremely horrible horrible horrible!!!!! Please do not waste your time and money. I had to see him because of my daughter's eczema treatment. Here's my list of what I've experienced with him last 6 months. 1. Waited over an hour with my two kids. My oldest is almost 2 yr old and youngest is 6 months. It was hard for me to keep the babies that long time in the reception area. Once get to see him, spent less than 3 mins with my daughter. 2. Does not listen to you and doesn't try to explain to you when you try to ask about skin treatment instructions or what is the cause. He will say I will give you the instructions on the paper and follow the instructions but never writes clearly. Keep changing the instructions and prescriptions each visit. 3. No respect, extremely rude rude rude. All his assistant are not friendly. Faking people I felt he is racist to Asian treats you like a trash. Complaints about the patience to his assistant because… you asked him too many questions during 3 mins visiting (Out side of the exam room and obviously you can hear him) 4. Gave my 18 months old a wrong prescription cream and told me not to use the cream when I followed up. Why did you sent over the pharmacy if she doesn't need to use the medicine? If you do not like to deal with your patients, please quit your job! Do not messing up with toddlers. Overall, don't trust him. Worst doctor that I have ever had in Charlotte.

just now This Doctor is the WORST Dr I been to in my life. Very rude rude, I felt like I was worth nothing the way he spoke to me and insulted me. He told me I can not afford anything and was poor. I am an military disabled Vet and I left his office with tears in my eyes. I looking for a way to report him to the medical board

I visited Dr. Slaughter in regards to my tinea versicolor, a skin condition that I have had my entire life. He quickly looked over my skin and jumped to prescribe me Fluconazole. I told him that I was pretty certain that I was prescribed Fluconazole a few months ago and my skin showed no improvements. He told me there was no way that was possible. I asked him to look over my medical records that my physician sent to his office. He never looked them over and prescribed me Fluconazole anyway. I felt that maybe I was in the wrong, sense he was so quick to tell me I was in the short time frame of about five minutes he spent interacting with me in his office. When I picked up my prescription, I immediately noticed the similarity from the packaging. I came home and, sure enough, I had the exact same medication in my medicine cabinet. I will NEVER go back to see Dr. Slaughter. The fact that he had the nerve to tell me I must have been mistaken to my face and not even look over my medical… records as I requested is an insult.

After meeting Dr. Slaughter, my fears regarding my skin condition were lessened. He was very forthcoming, informative, and supportive in his approach and treatment. I was seen in a timely manner, and his nurse and he explained in detail all that was going to happen, even while it was happening. I will be returning for future treatment and ongoing scans as needed. The receptionists at the downtown office were amazing too!
