I have been going to Dr.Smith for over ten years now. I also see Chris Karcher who is wonderful and equally knowledgable. I actually prefer Chris. Things seem to have changed. They have some extremely rude staff members and the office doesn't feel as comfortable as it was at one time. I hope things get better because I do not want to have to change doctors.

Staff need to learn to address a transgender man as sir.

I usually see his PA ChrisShavers but also have seen Dr Smith. Great Dr and staff. Going to them for 11 years

We needed an important prescription filled after-hours and the pharmacy was reluctant to fill it until they could validate it by contacting the writing physician (Dr. Smith). We decided to try his answering service, hoping they could get word to him. To our surprise, Dr. Smith himself answered our call. He offered to call the pharmacy immediately and clear up any issues. This was much more than we expected...and we will never forget it.

I have been going to Dr. Smith for 10 years now. I sometimes see his Physicians assistant Chris who is equally as professional and courteous. Front desk and nursing staff are excellent too. They call you back in a reasonable timeframe and they seem fairly busy but spend a lot of time with you never the less. No complaints here!
