Staff are the most rude receptionists I have ever dealt with.They treat you like your bothering them being there and are very unprofessional.Dr. Sprouse is ok but not great.

Staff is very rude and won't fill my prescriptions bot happy overall with Dr visits.

If you come here I would suggest you tell the person taking down your appt you would like to not be over booked just to fit you in because you will end up spending over an hour and a half in the waiting room very dissatisfied with this office.

I find him to be the very unusual to find doctor. He is very kind, caring, and takes alot of time in being concerned with you as a person not just a patient. Not the usual stuffy and uptight doctor. Very easy to talk to . Very attentive and caring! I would recommend him to my family and friends. Staff is very polite,and just as attentive and caring.

I found Dr. Sprouse to be very caring and attentive to my needs. He takes his time talking to you and always ask if I have any questions or concerns. My overall health seems to have improved since being seen for the past year and a half.

Dr.Sprouse is more interested in himself than in his patients needs. He neglects to follow up on concerns of the patient, even after several reminders on following visits. Changed doctors, because he was not even doing minimum care during visits.
