This is not just a scheduling error; it is a profound failure in patient care. Forcing a senior to wait nearly a year only to pull the rug out from under them at the last minute is disorganized, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous for those with ongoing health concerns. If you are a caregiver for an aging parent, be warned: this office lacks the proactive management required to handle serious medical cases. The family is distressed and now back at square one in our attempt to help our matriarch.
